Please Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during holiday seasons and due to customs processing in international destinations.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes costumes need a little adjustment or might not be the perfect fit for your magical moment. That’s why we’ve designed our return policy to be as customer-friendly as our costume collections!

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your delivery date. This gives you plenty of time to try on your Blue’s Clues & You costume, test your Wonder Woman accessories, or ensure your Comfywear Jumpsuit fits perfectly!

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Free of any stains, odors, or damage

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Masks (from our Masks collection)
  • Opened or used Costume Kits
  • Any items from our Horror collection that have been opened or used
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items that have been worn or altered

2 Receive Return Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

3 Ship Your Return
