Good mask compared to the other options but, looks almost nothing like the picture. Very flimsy, and thin. True to color

I am beyond frustrated. First off there were 2 different selections for Leonardo so I chose the one that showed a blue belt (his color), it was more expensive (by $5) but I wanted to guarantee that I would get the correct one since a group of us are dressing up together. Second, it came and it was brown. Completely the wrong color. Not even one of the ninja turtle’s colors. Not only did I spend more than others to get the correct shirt, but then they send one thats not even a color for any of the ninja turtles. I included photos of what I purchased and what I received.

A complete waste of money. Very cheap product, and cheap packaging. The mask arrived with parts stuck to itself, and parts stuck to the plastic packaging. As I carefully peeled it away, the colored portion of the mask peeled off as well, leaving a shiny silver under-layer exposed. Considering the low price I won’t attempt to return it, but I’m hoping to save other people the same mistake. Terrible. A company that has no regard for customer satisfaction.

when we unpacked it, the ‘paint’ used to color the mask was stuck to everything in the package and so the mask color was messed up. We were able to correct it for what we needed it for, but the quality was super questionable. I would not have bought if we knew the quality.
