I bought this shortly after I bought the Freddy Krueger oversized mascot mask by Rubies Costume Co., and I couldn’t be happier to round out my collection! This plush oversized mask actually is two pieces–the hockey mask and the head! I thought that was a great feature of the mask…until I took the mask off. The head underneath has no discernable features; just a big grey head with eye holes. I was hoping they would go the extra step and make some sort of face on it, but they did not. The only other complaint is that it gets super hot in the mask, especially when you add the hockey mask onto it. It was an immediate change in temperature, and I have a feeling that I will probably have to take repeated breaks with it off to cool down. I plan on wearing this for Halloween and for conventions (both comic book themed and horror themed.)I love the mask, and will definitely get a lot of use out of it!
