   I was the Big Bad Wolf for Halloween this year and wanted mask that didn’t cover my entire head. This one seemed to fit the bill.For what it is it’s OK, a plastic mask with a little fur and what appears to be the photo of a wolf’s face printed on thick material. There were a couple of things that I didn’t like, though. For starters the eye holes were a little small and restricted my vision a bit. That wasn’t’ so bad and not totally unexpected (I have a huge head). What bugged me most was that the fur would get in my eyes no matter how much I tried to smooth it down. It wasn’t painful, but very annoying.In the end it was fairly comfortable and easy to slide up out of the way when I wanted to eat or drink something. But I was kicking myself later when I found the exact same mask in a costume shop for $5 cheaper.

   The mask is very cute, light & comfortable to wear. It was rather flimsy, but also very inexpensive, so I really shouldn’t have expected otherwise. The only real complaint I have is that when I opened the package, saw that the mask was damaged, probably in transit, cracked and with a piece broken off on the inside. At first I was hesitant to try it on as I thought it might scratch my face, but it didn’t so I wore it anyway. The damage was not visible on the outside. Although disappointed by the damage, I am glad I bought it, but would hope that future parcels mailed out be packaged so as to protect the products a bit better.

   Had I known what this mask actually was, what it actually looked like, I wouldn’t have even paid $5.00 for it, let alone the $10.00 being charged. The actual item does not look much like the item pictured. Its felt glued onto a plastic mask. Don’t waste your money on this one.

   What I got was a hot mess. They really need to work on quality control. However I’m pretty crafty, so I gently removed the felt from the base and reglued everything the way it was supposed to be. I’m kinda good at fixing things, but if you are not then be prepared to return what you get.
