This is a really beautiful mask. I read the reviews, noted that some found it too small, but since it was for my 11yo daughter’s costume, I ordered it. It fit her perfectly (so yes, it runs small) and coordinated well with the rest of her costume. The felt patches inside the mask kept it from becoming hot and uncomfortable. The extra large eye openings were perfect for safety.

Te design looks hand drawn with a sharpie. I went back to read the description and nowhere does it specify that. It looks sloppy up close. From afar it would probably be fine, but I expected it to look more professionally crafted. The red paint also bled out of the lines, making it look even worse.I was disappointed with this product and returned it immediately.
