just received this in the mail today in time for christmas. ordered two pairs for my sons to go with their police officer costumes. one of the glasses is missing one side that goes over the ear. it didn’t break in transit—the piece isn’t in the box. how was this missed when packed? i called the company and left a voice mail. got call back. brenna was very helpful, and a replacement pair is on its way. happy w/resolution. thx.

i got these for my son to dress as a police officer for his bday police theme party he couldnt wear them they are too big for him. hes 6 yrs old and i believe his head is bigger than others : ) and still no fit.
