   This is okay for a child’s costume. However, the band is incredibly small. It measures about 18 inches when stretched. It would likely fit an infant or toddler.

   It fits my 6 & 8 year old comfortably. I put it on and it fit me just fine as well. The strap that goes around your head is elastic, so its adjustable. It can be easily replaced with another strap if need be. The mirror is okay its made of plastic – for my son’s Halloween costume its fine.

   This ought to be priced at about 50 cents for what it is. It is tiny. Even for a 10 year old this would be under scale.
